Dogs: DHPP, BORDETELLA, RABIES, K9 INFLUENZA
Cats: FELINE RABIES, FVRCP
(in consideration of other pets cats must also be in boxes)
Fleas: Pets Must Be Flea Free (flea treatment may be available)
